Academic
Vancouver Christian does not offer any English as a Second Language (ESL) classes or any sheltered classes. International students must demonstrate English proficiency.

Financial
All international students must have sufficient funds to cover tuition and fees. Before being accepted to Vancouver Christian High School, international students will be required to submit a Verification of Deposit (VOD) from the person responsible for the student’s expenses. This document must be supplied by a financial institution.

Documentation
Before an I-20 can be issued, the following must be provided to the school:

• Photo of student
• Student report card
• Official transcript from previous school if student intends to graduate from VCHS
• Copy of passport
• Proof of medical insurance (policy information will be needed to complete registration form
• Verification of Deposit from financial institution
• Completed International Student Application Packet, which includes:

- International Student Registration Form

- Student Information Form

- International Student Parent Agreement Form

- International Student Host Family Agreement Form

- International Student Agreement Form

- Two completed Student Application Reference Forms

- Certificate of Immunization Status

Application Process

Once all of the items listed above have been satisfied, and all documents have been submitted to Vancouver Christian High School, the school will review the paperwork and issue an I-20 once the student has been accepted.
