Enrollment Information
VCHS is currently accepting enrollment applications for the 2007-2008 school year.

| Requirements for enrollment at VCHS: |
|
Enrollment Packet forms must be completed and returned to the office. International students download your enrollment packet here. Please note the two Student Application Reference forms; one is to be completed by the student’s youth pastor and the other by a person of your choice. Parents must also complete a Certificate of Immunization Status published by the Washington Dept. of Health. |

For all incoming students, an interview with the principal or interview committee is required prior to enrollment. |

A 2.00 GPA is recommended for incoming students. Students with a GPA below 2.00 may be denied enrollment or enrolled on academic probation. A copy of the student’s most recent report card is to be submitted with the Academic History form. |

Testing of students and/or a copy of achievement test results may be requested by the school prior to enrollment. |

Families are encouraged to be committed to a local church, demonstrated through consistent attendance, involvement, and giving. |

| Process for admission: |
|
Complete all of the forms in the Enrollment Packet, as well as the Cerfitication of Immunization Status. Submit the completed forms to the school office, along with a copy of the student's most recent report card, and the registration/book fee. This registration/book fee is non-refundable unless the student’s enrollment is denied. The Enrollment Packet contains two Student Application Reference Forms that should be given to the youth pastor and another person at this time. |

When the school has received the two Student Application Reference forms, we will call you to set up an interview with the school principal and/or interview committee. This interview is for both the student and parents. A copy of the student’s transcript showing all high school credits earned to date will need to be obtained from the student’s current school and brought to the appointment. |

If accepted, the school will determine the details of your tuition payment schedule, and will provide a Tuition Contract for you to sign and return to the school office. Enrollment is not complete until all forms are received by the school office. |
